Bill co-founded the Ronin Project PAC and advises Fortune 100 companies, unions, and local, state and federal candidates. Bill was the senior political advisor to California Assembly Speaker Anthony Rendon and Political Director for the California Assembly Democrats where he led efforts to elect the largest Democratic supermajorities in the Assembly in 135 years.  He has been included in Capitol Weekly's Top 100 Power List from 2018 to 2021 and is regularly quoted in major political news and mainstream media publications.
